My hot water is adjusted to a scalding temperature (140F by my measurement) but I have one shower that refuses to get hot. It is at the end of a long run, but I have insulated the entire run. I think that there may be some sort of scald-guard built into the shower valve. The name of the fixture, "Delta Monitor", even suggests it!

Help! Do I have this feature? How is it adjusted?

Many thanks,

Theres an adjustment screw that will allow for hotter water behind the main escutcheon...go to the delta web-site for an exploded view of this valve. erik
