I am curious to know when installing electric baseboard heaters, do you need to install them on their on circuit or can they be combined with electrical outlets ?? The size of baseboard heaters I am looking to install have a 120vac 1500watt rating. These require a 20 amp breaker. If they are to be installed on a separte breaker, what is maximum amount of units that may be installed on one circuit ??

Do not combine heat & receptacles on the same circuit.
By dividing wattage by voltage, amperage is figured out.
ie: 1500W √∑ 120V = 12.5A.
By this example, over ¬Ω of your current capacity is consumed by the heater. Nusiance tripping of the breaker (assuming the breaker functions as it should) would be your best case scenario result, and a fire (if the breaker fails) would be yuor worst case result.
hope this helps.
