The sliding glass door in our family had a bad seal and allowed water to rot the sub-floor. I plan to replace the effected area with new flooring.

The problem is that the subfloor is under hardwood (tongue and groove). Does anyone know how to remove the hardwood flooring to allow access to the subfloor? I would like to try to re-install the flooring so simply cutting with a circular saw is out.

Any ideas?
