It says on the package to be used with bonding agent/additive. I need to know if it can be mixed with water like other levelers I have used. Sorry for the rush first leveler almost set.
THanks in advance

I tried a test batch and it did not harden properly. So I went back to the store this morning and bought the bonding agent/additive and used it. What i did learn is this is not like any onther self leveling concrete Ihave ever used. It actually took quite a bit of troweling to get it level. Much more like regular concrete than a self leveler.

I hope my misfortune will help someone.

Good luck and Godd New Year,

I'm not familiar with the Dap stuff but for anyone needing more than the ordinary amount of floor patching compound I would suggest one that is used by many flooring pros out there. It comes in many sizes and can be mixed with water. One word of caution; It sets up extremely fast, and most floor coverings can be installed over it the next day.

You'll find it available at local flooring supply houses that will sell to the public.
