I need help. I want to build a cement base 4' high 5' w 5'l that will hold a 2000 lb statue and I do not know how I would reinforce it without building it in one solid piece. I thought of building walls out of cider blocks but how would I make a top for it? I am a pastor of a small church and my teenage son was killed in a car accident and I want to put up a memorial for all children who have went to be with the Lord and I have a life size Jesus and 3 children but no base to put them on and a very limited budget - any help would be greatly appriciated.
