We are currently in the process of converting a single car garage into a family room. At one point this must have been simply a car port, and not an enclosed garage. My problem is that there is a single window in my living room that looks into the garage area. I don't want to have a window looking from the living room into the newly converted family room. Originally thought about a 2-sided book shelf to replace the window, but the contractor doesn't think there is enough depth to the window to do this now. Any ideas would be greatly appreciated - the contractor will be finished in about one week...I need help in a hurry! Thanks
