hot water in one room and not another

ok so i live in a townhouse and it only has two bedrooms
now the second bedroom has a full bath and doesn't get used very often
now i was wondering why my hot water would stop working only in the second bedroom
i need some help

Use it of lose it.
If plumbing systems are not used the trap seal evaporates washer become brittle and piping can blocked with sediment as the system is not flushed out as it should be
