This is getting to be really odd!

Between the holidays I had 2 electric contractors out to my place to do work. I've asked both to give me an estimate as to how much it would cost to install things such as a fan and recessed lights. Both have said they would give me estimates but have not come up with any.

I tried to get a couple other contractors out to give me estimates for the work but both have refused. Now I have to start wondering why things are the way they are.
