my chimney is separating from the house, I've gotten so many estimates ranging from $12,000 to 6,000. Now I'm told $5,000 to put Push Piers in the chimney, which may fix the other problems, bumps in the floors, unleveled floors, etc. I just need someone to be honest about the cost/estimate/round about cost for the chimney repair. I've watched videos and did some research and it appears this can be done in the 3500 range.

Thank you

is always a concern but, in lieu of low cost, consider length of repair,,, we do this work often for condo's & have yet to find anyone more knowledgeable than ramjack - value included.

basement systems has entered the mkt but their piers aren't as good as ramjack's impo,,, atlas it also good but i've just developed a relationship w/ramjack & i'm happy,,, ymmv, of course

price - the cost will be whatever you & the seller agree is fair
