The problem is my bathroom shower, i have lost pressure in both the spout and shower head
and it also make a bang sound when i pull the spout pin to put the shower on, all plumbing and fixtures are brand new. I have taken out the water saver in shower head and even replaced the brand new cartridge, before installing new cartridge i blew water threw just to make sure there was no debris and the force of the water was very STRONG a lot stronger than the water that comes out of the spout.

I don't have an answer for you, but a couple more trouble shooting things. With the new cartridge in remove the shower head and run the shower, see how the pressure is and then replace the shower head and remove the tub spout.
I am assuming from your post it was fine and just started doing this? If so then that would eliminate a water saving head and spout issue and a wrong cartridge issue. hmmmmmm

Thanks for your reply and i took your advise i removed shower head the water is not shooting across the shower like before its coming straight down..and i am still hearing the clunking sound when i turn shower on,and i did remove the spout also... i have a moen set and i had moen send me the new cartridge that i re installed.the sheet rock is all open i can see and hear all the pipes no leaks no air. The clunking sound only sounds when i pull spout pin to turn shower on.... sometimes every once and a while if i pull really slow i will get full pressure from shower head without the clunking sound but then it drops back down within a seconds
