I want to put crown moulding in my basement. The walls are drywall, but the ceiling is a dropped panel ceiling. But how do u install the crown moulding with a dropped ceiling??? TI have seen it done in banks and other office buildings. Thanks

Check out www.sarasotaceilings.com

They have a full line to choose from.... simple to install for your application with caulk gun adhesive.

Install the crown at the T-bar height & trim back the drop of the panels.. just like installing the border tile but you cut back to the crown top, use the t-bar to screw into the top of the crown where they intersect.

We have remolded our home and are down to the crown molding in the kitchen. The ceiling is not level. In some areas up to 5/8 inch to 1". We are not sure on how to fix the gaps. We have one area that matches in the corner but then runs down hill. Any suggestions on how to fix?
