Two years ago, I installed a small walkway in the front of my house. It survived last winter, but for some reason (use of calcium salt substitute and sand for ice removal?) the surface is crumbling on the surface this year. I have read about epoxy coatings, etc. Do these work? What type works best? It's small enough that I could recoat the entire thing without too much trouble.
