My well will not shut off. I have to kill power to stop it. Could it be bladder tank or pressure switch ? Maybe both ? Any ideas ?

Yes, it could. When my tank failed, the well pump cycled on and off constantly, every 15 seconds or so.
Does your system have a readable pressure guage? You can tell more from that. If the pressure comes up to normal and the pump doesn't shut off at all, then it's probably the switch. The switch is not expensive or difficult to replace. The tank requires a little more work, and possibly some soldering, if you don't use compression fittings. If you're not comfortable with it, get a plumber.
