I have two questions: 1) Can you rate these four a/c brands (based on quality not efficiency or sound level). York, Lennox, Carrier and Coleman. (price is not much of a concern). 2) I have read on this forum that installation is just as important as the type of unit. How can I tell if the contractor is going to do a proper job (or what do I ask the installer on the phone about his installation procedures)?
