Geocell 2300 Tripolymer Sealant Used in Interior Sunroom
5 weeks ago our screened porch was converted into a sunroom. Sealant was used where the vinyl meets the concrete. We were told to ventilate the room for 4-6 days. It's been 5 weeks and the fumes build up quick and very strong after we close the windows. Once we close the windows it is an airtight room. My question is 1) why is the product still not curing (still sticky/strong solvent smell and 2) exactly how bad is it that this window and sunroom company used outdoor caulk inside our sunroom. Frustrated that we can not use the room but now scared of how toxic this sealant is even after it cures.
