I just bought a house that has alot of potentially beautiful baseboard and door moulding. The shellac (I think its shellac) on it is 'bubbling up' and is really detracting from the appearance. Is there a way to remove the current finish and restore the wood to its orginal beauty? -OR- atleast make it look better? I appreciate any and all suggestions.
