I just had a home inspection for a house that I have a contract on.
There are a few things that the seller does not want to fix, but will give a small allowance. But I am not sure if the problem may be bigger than it looks.
The vinyl floor in the 2nd floor bathroom, around that bathtub is cracked. The bath tub appears to have been recently caulked. There are no obvious signs of other water damage.
Could the cracked floor indicate water damage, or even not enough support in the floor for the weight of a full tub/person?
Is this costly to fix?

Thanks.
